Website use. By accessing elitewatchandbag.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to use the site lawfully. Product images, descriptions and other site content are provided for shopping and informational purposes; you may not copy, misuse or interfere with the site or its services.

Products and availability. We offer pre-owned luxury watches, designer handbags and leather goods. Each listing describes the specific item offered, including its stated condition and any accessories identified in the listing. Pre-owned pieces may show signs of prior use. We aim to present photographs, specifications and condition notes accurately, but display settings can affect color, and inadvertent errors may occur. An item remains subject to availability until your order is confirmed.

Orders and pricing. Submitting an order is a request to purchase, not a guarantee of acceptance. We may contact you to resolve an error, verify order information or confirm availability before accepting it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable item. Prices are shown at checkout; applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be presented before you complete your purchase. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an affected order.

Payment. We accept major payment cards and can arrange bank transfers. Checkout is SSL encrypted. Payment plans are available for qualifying purchases from $2,500; eligibility, installments and payment dates must be agreed before the order is finalized. Do not send card details by email.

Delivery and returns. Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery details are provided during checkout or order confirmation, as applicable. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or differs materially from its listing.

Authentication. Every piece passes our 12-point authentication process, and a written certificate is issued with every purchase. References to brands and trademarks identify the items offered and do not imply that Elite Watch & Bag is affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.

Intellectual property and liability. Our original site text, photographs, design and other proprietary content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a purchase.
